The FARR Frameworks Fork Fixture is designed to simply and intuitively assist in the construction of bicycle forks. Often referred to as a Bicycle Fork Jig, the tool is built on a rigid extruded aluminum frame and machined with the utmost care and precision. Te Fork Fixture accurately holds fork components and pieces in place while brazing or welding. Both 1" & 1-1/8" steerer tubes (as well as tapered forks) are easily accommodated with appropriate individual scale references for setting the respective rakes. An integrated adjustable crown offset tool (complete with a laser etched shaft) makes setup of this tool not only efficient, but personal (set to any offset you like for the proper amount of access). Finally rounding out the modern CNC design is a custom handmade soft touch wood handle (your choice of wood) that serves as my nod to a generation of crafters before us.
**Please note: The FARR Frameworks Fork Fixture is compatible with the now “industry standard” 0.5” x 1.375” center stepped front dummy axle. These are purchased separately directly from me here or from Paragon Machine Works. Any other sources are not guaranteed to work.
