REFUND POLICY
Refunds take 5-10 days to process.

DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 7-21 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through UPS ONLY. Generally you can expect your items with 2-3 weeks but there may be situations resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
FARR Frameworks is specialized tooling made in small batches. We do not accept returns for any items that are purchased and no longer wanted or needed. If there is something functionally incorrect or damaged on the tools then we will refund you as long as we are contacted within 5 days of item receipt and the item is returned in new condition. The buy takes responsibility for return shipping as well as any damages that may occur from transit

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders within 3 days for a full refund as long as the item has not shipped yet.
