In order to fit larger tires the front fenders need to be modified.  At Moonraker we prefer the kit from Terrawagen to make it happen.   It's the simplest and most straightforward install, and looks OEM, something we really value around here.

What’s the Largest Tire Size I Can Use on a 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter with the Mondo Mudguard?

If your Sprinter has adaptive cruise control, you must not exceed 275/70R17, as going larger may disable the system.

For those who want to push the limits, a 285/75R16 tire on a 16” wheel might fit, but there’s a strong chance that adaptive cruise control will stop functioning.

Recommended Tire Sizes for Sprinter Vans:

✅ Maximum tire size for 4WD Sprinter: 275/70R17

✅ Maximum tire size for 2WD Sprinter: 265/70R17
