CNC machined from solid ABS bar stock in our California manufacturing facility (aka our garage), this mounting system is designed to eliminate the self-tapping screws through the roof skin and provide a compression mounted design using nuts and washers. It won’t rot like wood and provides a clean finished look for you MaxxFan Install. It also allows for easier servicing and replacement of the fan if that were to ever happen in the long run!

**NOTE: I’m currently making these as custom 1-off sets for people until demand picks up. The lead time for manufacturing and shipping is 3-5 business days from time of order.

We recommend this kit in conjunction with our Anti-Crack Ring & the DIYVan Roof Top Adapter

We recommend using a thin layer of either:

between the brackets and the inner roof skin during install. Each kit comes with 16x 1.5” stainless steel socket head cap screws, washers and nuts.

Item is fabricated extremely well! I paired it with the MaxxAir Fan Anti-crack ring and have had zero leaks. Had some unexpected rain the same night I installed the fan and still, held up wonderfully!
